MASH and STEAM ran workshop classrooms at the Washington School. PLOP raised over $2,000 from candy cane sales for Operation Smile and SOAR continues to fill a sketchbook for the Brooklyn Sketchbook Library. SPORT bake sale raised $115 and the group visited Washington School and led 5th graders in a team-building activity. WISH Peer Leaders wrote letters to Santa and CORE 8 had a very successful Dialogue Night. Click here to read more about these accomplishments and plans for January.
Students can Sign Up for Peer Leader Tutoring
The PIP peer leaders offer a great opportunity for any student to get a little extra help with course work. On Wednesdays from 2:35-3:25 pm, tutors are available to help with homework or studying for tests - just contact Mrs. Guiney at email@example.com. Kids can sign up ahead of time or just show up. Crossing Guards: Students are asked to use the crossing guards when they are present and cross major intersections at those designated points.
Please also refer to the Pick Up/Drop Off & Parking Procedures.
We express our appreciation to all our Teachers and Staff for all they do to make MMS great. Our teachers and staff enjoyed a BBQ Appreciation Luncheon this week.
